Agreement
Special Return Policy Agreement
- Seller ships new items after a strict quality control check.
- The seller is only responsible for the damage caused in transit. Please confirm it on the day of signing or receiving the product.
- Buyer has 15 days to return the product in case of receiving damaged product due to transportation. Seller will pay for the return shipment.
Cancellation of Product after order- Buyer can cancel the order by contacting customer care or at support@gitsym.com if the order is not shipped, unfortunately once the product is shipped it cannot be cancelled. However, within 15 days of receiving the product it can be returned with a small 15% of undiscounted product cost as a restocking fee. Buyer will bear all associated costs for shipping the product to the seller’s address including insurance. Refunds will be issued once the undamaged product is received at the seller’s address with original packaging. It is recommended to insure the return shipment.
