Special Return Policy Agreement
- Seller ships new items after a strict quality control check.
- The seller is only responsible for the damage caused in transit. Please confirm it on the day of signing or receiving the product.
- Buyer has 15 days to return the product in case of receiving damaged product due to transportation. Seller will pay for the return shipment.
Cancellation of Product after order- Buyer can cancel the order by contacting customer care or at support@gitsym.com if the order is not shipped, unfortunately once the product is shipped it cannot be cancelled. However, within 15 days of receiving the product it can be returned with a small 15% of undiscounted product cost as a restocking fee. Buyer will bear all associated costs for shipping the product to the seller’s address including insurance. Refunds will be issued once the undamaged product is received at the seller’s address with original packaging. It is recommended to insure the return shipment.
SHIPPING
It takes 2-5 business days to process the order and ship. Transit time depends on the product being imported or shipped from a local warehouse. Usually it takes 7-15 business days if the product is available in a local warehouse and 15-25 business days if imported internationally.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We only ship to the Lower 48 States, no current shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, nor Guam. We do not ship to FPO, APO or PO Boxes.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return. We love this mirror! It helps to make our bathroom feel a lot larger than it is. Customer service updated us throughut the shipping and follow up with us that all installed ok. They were very friendly on the phone. My contractors mentioned that the electrical routing was little complex due to out house built up in 1960s but they managed to get it working just fine. First choice was to by two mirrors When we could not make that fit, we turned to the LED-lighted mirror. So glad we did. It gives the master bath the look we were hoping for. The light is bright and change color and have dimmable feature. It�s been installed for about 3 weeks now, and we love it. Best feature we love is it display temprature, time and day. My wife like the bluetooth paring feature since she can talk while doing makeup and need not to touch phone.

These mirrors are perfect for our master bathroom. They provide the extra light that we need and give a modern look to our transitional room. We needed 2 different sizes to accommodate the different sizes and we found both size so we were very happy They were also very simple to install. I utilized the help of an electrician to install the dimmer switches and hook up the wiring. I highly recommend this company and their products.

he packaging was excellent. The mirrors are in good shape, easy to install, however I would prefer a few additional glue on plastic holders to wrap the really long cord so it does not push the mirror away from the wall. As far as features, all 3 mirrors had dimmer and defogger, Also I purchase 3 mirrors and gitsym.com gave me good discount. YOU NEED TO ASK FOR IT
