SHIPPING
It takes 2-5 business days to process the order and ship. Transit time depends on the product being imported or shipped from a local warehouse. Usually it takes 7-15 business days if the product is available in a local warehouse and 15-25 business days if imported internationally.

We only ship to the Lower 48 States, no current shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, nor Guam. We do not ship to FPO, APO or PO Boxes.

My experience at gitsym.com was very good, the dress arrived in 15 days. What surprised me a lot was the the quality of the product, super faithful to photography, the dress was exactly how I envisioned it to be and very happy about it.
However I need to be honest, the quality of the service is very good, good quality material, sewing well done, but weight of dress left me a little to be desired! Total experience was very good! I just received my dress no delay . It's just the same as the picture! I would almost say a miracle I was afraid to receive and be disappointed. I did a real fitting I can see that dress is super well cut. I was so happy that the fabric and patterns were well crafted The back has lace tight so you can tight as per your size to some adjustment I advise you to wait to receive it before buying a petticoat more because there is already several layers below. Really my perfect dress. I feel good in it and to my advantage.
